About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Drafting Production and Land Development teams, working across survey data processing, calculations, and plan preparation.
You’ll also contribute to process improvement, team development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cadastral drafting outputs across a range of projects
- Process and reduce survey field data into accurate project files
- Provide technical guidance on complex drafting and CAD matters
- Support continuous improvement of drafting workflows and processes
- Mentor and develop junior team members
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in a survey drafting environment
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Trimble Business Centre
- Solid understanding of survey data processing, cleaning and plan auditing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously
