Key Responsibilities
- Personal care including showering, dressing, toileting and continence support
- Mobility assistance and safe manual handling of residents
- Supporting meals, hydration and resident wellbeing
- Following facility procedures and documentation requirements
- Working collaboratively with nurses and facility staff
- Providing compassionate and professional care to elderly residents
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience working within a Residential Aged Care facility
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experience with manual handling within Residential Aged Care environments
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to confidently use smartphone apps and follow digital instructions
- Valid Australian work rights

Pay: From $40+ per hour
