The RN is part of the community care team and utilises the practise of nursing to provide patient care.

MANDATORY:
- Eligibility to practice as an Registered Confirmed recent nursing practice
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to practice within a patient centred care environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to improving performance and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage clinical activities as an RN
- Catheter care, wound care, stoma care, epilepsy care, personal cares, health and continence assessments
- Medication management
A current National Police Check and NDIS screening shall be provided prior to appointment.
