About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Contract Administrator to join our growing team. We are particularly seeking applicants based in Pampanga or nearby cities. Reporting to the Estimating and Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing contractual and commercial aspects of civil construction projects, supporting project delivery teams, and ensuring projects achieve their commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client contracts and identify commercial departures, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the Estimating and Engineering teams in preparing tender submissions, including tender returnable schedules and contractual compliance requirements.
- Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare, submit, and track progress claims in accordance with completed works and contract terms.
- Identify, prepare, and negotiate variations, extensions of time, and other contractual entitlements.
- Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, contractual notices, and commercial documentation.
- Act as the key liaison between Project Delivery and Commercial teams, ensuring commercial risks are identified early and revenue leakage is minimised.
- Assist with subcontractor management, including contract preparation, payment assessments, and variation administration.
- Support project forecasting, cost control, and reporting activities to maximise project profitability.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator,
- Experience managing progress claims, variations, and contract administration processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with project, engineering, estimating, and commercial teams.
