The Opportunity
The Team Leader is required to deliver high quality, client-focused outcomes through effective management of employees, allocation of resources and efficient use of technology. The Team Leader provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to employees to achieve workgroup goals, develop and strengthen linkages across TAFE SA, other agencies and Industry.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising administrative teams in a high-volume, compliance-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and workflow management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and deliver responsive, customer-focused service.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, data integrity and adherence to policies and procedures.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
