Part-Time Dentist — Blanche Smiles Dental Studio, Moonee Ponds
Blanche Smiles is a brand-new cosmetic and general dental studio in the heart of Moonee Ponds and we're growing fast. We opened four months ago, and our dentist (currently in one day a week) is already fully booked with a waitlist. Patient demand is climbing, so we're ready to bring a part-time dentist on board to grow with us.
You'll join a warm, close-knit team of three oral health therapists (including the owner, Michelle) and a dental assistant an all-female crew who take our dentistry seriously and ourselves a lot less so. Expect lovely patients, a beautiful modern space, and plenty of laughs along the way.
The role
- Part-time, with days available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Flexible hours to suit you, we're open late (until 8pm) Tuesdays and Wednesdays if evenings work better for your schedule
- A supportive OHT-led hygiene team, so you can focus on the dentistry you love

What we’re looking for:
*New grads welcome, however one years experience preferred*
- AHPRA registered
- Australian Graduate
- Australian permanent resident
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused with a gentle, ethical approach to care
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow with a new clinic
- Comfortable working within a friendly, team-based environment
- Experience/passion for cosmetic dentistry
This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking to grow with a new clinic, that also has a healthy, established patient base already in place from our teeth whitening treatments (since 2023).
