Role description
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista / All Rounder to join our busy café team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. Your main responsibility will be preparing and serving high-quality coffee throughout the day.
When not on the coffee machine, you’ll assist with other front-of-house tasks such as preparing cold drinks (juices, smoothies, etc.), taking orders, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential, as you’ll be supporting other staff members during quieter periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffees and other beverages to a high standard.
- Assist with cold drinks, juices, and smoothies.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service at all times.
- Support front-of-house operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the café.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
