We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Client Coordinator to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Client Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing support. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate tasks, manage client communications, and ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping multiple projects moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients via phone, email, and job management platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage ServiceM8 system
- schedule jobs / site inspections
- Work order management
- Coordinate client requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support client onboarding and account setup processes.
- Monitor service delivery and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure deadlines are achieved.
