We're seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance.
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Super

About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store
- Delivering personalised customer service and professional styling advice
- Building long-term relationships with loyal and new customers
- Assisting customers with tailoring and made-to-measure requirements
- Driving sales performance and achieving store targets
- Maintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Managing stock control, inventory and replenishment
- Assisting with rostering, administration and store operations
- Ensuring accurate point-of-sale and cash handling procedures
About You
You'll be a confident retail professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous retail experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in fashion, premium retail or luxury brands (highly regarded)
- A passion for fashion, styling and helping customers look their best
- A strong sales focus with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using retail systems and computers
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Saturday availability is essential. 38 hour week
