Seeking a skilled Welder/ Metal Fabricator for fulltime employment with a background in the manufacturing & repair industry.
The Company
Sloanebuilt Trailers are leading manufacturers of frontline Tipping Bodies & Trailers and are located in Smeaton Grange, South West Sydney neighboring Macarthur, in one of Australia's largest growing industrial estates.

Sloanebuilt have a state of the art factory facility incorporating double pulse welders, spray booth with mixing room, water-jet cutting machine, wash bay & grit blasting facility.
Sloanebuilt are currently underway with the construction of their impressive new 35,000 square meter facility also located in Smeaton Grange.
Roles to be filled
We are seeking to appoint highly experienced & skilled candidates for full time employment with a background in the Metal Fabrication Industry for the following positions:
- Welders who have experience in the welding of a variety of metals which may include mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel, using MIG, MMAW and TIG processes
- Metal Fabricators whose experience includes reading of engineering drawings, fabrication of structural steel and other metal stock to make or repair metal products and welding of the fabrications.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
- Be willing to work a 38 hour week plus overtime based on Company requirements
- Have 5 years work experience in a similar role
- Self motivated and able to work independently as required

The Candidate
The successful candidate must be someone who prides themselves in producing high quality work with good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude. They must be capable of multitasking, organising tasks and can work unsupervised. Remuneration
$75,000 - $95,000 per year Dependent on skills & Experience.
Sloanebuilt Trailers offers regular overtime based on the Companies needs, overtime is additional to the above income range.
Remuneration can be negotiated with the successful applicant at the interview stage.
Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant.
