The BrainWell Collective is a multidisciplinary allied health practice providing Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services across South East Queensland.
We support children, adolescents, adults and older adults across a range of funding streams including NDIS, NIISQ, WorkCover, DVA, Home Care Packages and private services.

About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
New graduates, early career clinicians and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply. Structured supervision, mentoring and professional development support are available to help clinicians build confidence and develop their areas of interest.
This role offers flexibility to develop a caseload aligned with your interests, experience and career goals. Whether your passion lies in paediatrics, neurodevelopmental practice, neurological rehabilitation, functional assessment, assistive technology, home modifications, driver assessment or community-based practice, we will work with you to build a rewarding and sustainable caseload.
You will work across a combination of:
- Community-based visits
- Telehealth appointments
- Clinic-based sessions from our Springwood office
We build caseloads around clinician strengths and interests and do not expect clinicians to work across every practice area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services across community, clinic and telehealth settings
- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and other clinical assessments
- Conduct Assistive Technology and Home Modification assessments
- Deliver goal-focused interventions and capacity-building supports
- Collaborate with Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals
- Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, case managers, medical professionals and other stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality reports, recommendations and clinical documentation
- Maintain ethical, evidence-based and person-centred practice

About You
You will have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- A commitment to person-centred practice
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience working within NDIS, paediatrics, neurodevelopmental conditions, neurological rehabilitation, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications or Driver Assessment is highly regarded but not essential.
