Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of enterprise solutions, client services, and operational projects
- Coordinate with clients, technical teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor project timelines, service quality, risks, budgets, and delivery milestones
- Prepare reports, documentation, workflow updates, and improvement recommendations
- Support client onboarding, issue resolution, and service performance reviews
- Assist with process improvements to strengthen efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure delivery activities follow company procedures, quality standards, and client requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in solutions delivery, business systems, technology services, client operations, project coordination, or enterprise support
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients, vendors, service teams, or technology projects is an advantage

Pay: $110,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
