As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting health service systems, assisting in planning, coordinating, and resolving care or service delivery challenges, while contributing to wider projects such as clinical protocols and process improvements. As a mentor and educator, you will guide students, new staff, and colleagues, fostering a culture of learning, reflection, and professional development.
If you join us as an Enrolled Nurse, you will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred, high-quality care while working under supervision and direction. You will gain experience across a range of clinical activities, contribute to patient education, quality improvement, and the development of other team members, all within a supportive and collaborative rural health environment.
