As an Appian engineer at Roboyo, you will design, build, and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with clients and global delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust digital solutions, leveraging low-code, intelligent automation, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Appian applications, including interfaces, process models, data models, and integrations.
- Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical designs and implementation plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Appian, Agentic AI and digital transformation strategies
- Drive innovation by incorporating Agentic AI tools, and intelligent automation capabilities into Appian solutions
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and client presentations
- Ensure high-quality delivery, governance, and adherence to Roboyo and Appian standards
Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years of Appian development and consulting experience
- Lead Developer certification (desirable)
- Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale low-code solutions
- Strong consulting background with excellent stakeholder management skills
