Casual Team Leaders to join the crew at our Yo-Chi Bondi Junction venue!

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead shifts with confidence and keep the energy high
- Support the Venue Manager in driving performance and creating a local favourite
- Build, motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest
- Support day to day operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently
Is this you?
- Leadership experience in food, hospitality, or retail (Fast Food experience is a bonus)
- A people first mindset, you thrive on building teams and creating community
- Resilient, adaptable, and always ready with a can do attitude
- Available to work a flexible casual roster, including nights, weekends, and closing shifts
