Creativity Project is a leading Sydney-based mobile cocktail catering and event hospitality company, specialising in premium cocktail experiences, mobile bars, grazing tables, cocktail towers and corporate/private events.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of our events across Sydney and NSW.
About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership, organisational and operational skills.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate hospitality operations across multiple events
- Lead, train and support casual event staff, including bartenders and wait staff
- Create staff rosters and coordinate event teams
- Oversee event preparation, logistics and execution
- Manage stock control, ordering and inventory levels
- Coordinate suppliers and ensure operational requirements are met
- Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation
- Assist with event planning, timelines and client requirements
- Monitor costs, budgets and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, RSA and food safety requirements
- Support continuous improvement of systems and procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum one- year work experience is required with at least an associate degree, Diploma or higher in the field
- If qualifications not presented, the applicant must prove three- years work experience to substitute the qualification.
- Proven experience in hospitality management or operations management
- Experience managing teams and coordinating staff
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in events, catering, restaurants, bars or hospitality services
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
A background in mobile catering, events or premium hospitality will be highly regarded.
