We are seeking an Assisant Property Manager to join a supportive property management team based in northern suburbs. This is a pure leasing role working closely within a pod structure alongside a team of Property Managers. You will focus on open homes, inspections, and application processing, playing a key role in the leasing process while supporting the wider team.
THE ROLE
- Conduct open homes, routine & final inspections
- Manage rental applications and tenant communication
- Work alongside 2 Property Managers
- Leasing-only focus (no portfolio management)
- Saturday work approx. 1 in 3

- Customer service or real estate experience preferred

- Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
- Own vehicle and drivers license
