We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Equipment Supervisor who can lead from the front, keep things moving, and get the job done right.
This role is all about outcomes — making sure equipment is cleaned, packed, and out the door on time, every time. Oversee daily operations of a cross-functional team, providing hands-on support and guidance while partnering with the Operations Manager to keep priorities on track and drive consistent results
What You’ll Be Responsible For
At the end of the day, your job is to make sure:
- Orders go out on time and in full
- Returned equipment is processed, cleaned, and ready to go again quickly
- The warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
- The team knows what they’re doing and performs at a high standard
You’ll be:
- Leading and working alongside a small team
- Planning daily workflow and keeping everyone on task
- Making sure all equipment is cleaned, checked, and stored
- Packing orders accurately and to standard
- Keeping inventory tight and up to date (including stocktakes)
- Jumping on the forklift, loading trucks, and helping wherever needed
- Fixing problems as they come up — or better yet, preventing them
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant

Must-Haves
- Manual driver’s licence
- Forklift licence
- Test and Tag qualification

Pay: $70,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
