About The Role:
Turn your creativity into a meaningful career! Join Northcott as we look for passionate artists, musicians, singers, actors, drama facilitators, dancers, and other creatives to join our Day Program in Roselands.

Deliver engaging day-to-day creative programs and activities within our Day Program.

Facilitate and encourage participation in music, dance, drama, visual arts, crafts, and other creative experiences.

Support customers to develop new skills, build confidence, and maintain their independence.

Provide respectful, person-centred support, including personal care where required.

Safely use manual handling techniques and equipment in accordance with training and best practice.

Build positive, empowering relationships that support customers in achieving their individual goals and reaching their full potential.

Skills & Experience:
You have a passion for art, music, drama, dance, or another creative field and enjoy using your talents to inspire and engage others.
