About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused People Services Support Officer to join our People and Talent Services (PATS) team within St Vincent's People & Culture.
Reporting to the People Services Lead, you will play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle. From onboarding new starters and preparing employment contracts to managing employee changes and maintaining HR systems, you will help deliver a seamless employee experience while supporting a high-performing People & Culture function.

Salary: Approximately $70,000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely advice and administrative support to employees and leaders.
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract generation, employee changes and offboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
Assist with reporting, data management and system maintenance activities.
Work collaboratively within the People Services team to ensure service excellence.
Support the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and projects.
Build positive relationships with key stakeholders and provide a high-quality customer experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities and process enhancements.
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer service and accuracy are paramount.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in administration, shared services, HR administration or customer service.
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence navigating multiple systems and technology platforms.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
The ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
Experience within HR, healthcare, employee services, payroll, recruitment coordination or people operations will be highly regarded.
