Looking for a Long-Term Videographer / Photographer (Sydney) — BUDGET IS PER HOUR
I'm a social media manager creating content for multiple pubs, hotels, hospitality venues, and local businesses across Sydney. I'm looking for a talented videographer/photographer to help capture ongoing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
What you'll be filming/shooting:
- Fast-paced promotional video content
- Food & beverage photography and video
- Event coverage (live music, trivia, drag bingo, sport, badge draws, etc.)
- Accommodation and venue showcase photos/videos
- Trend-based social content on location
Shooting style:
- Modern, dynamic, high-energy footage suited to short-form platforms
- Strong eye for angles, lighting, and movement
- Comfortable shooting handheld/gimbal for fast-paced, engaging clips
- Ability to capture both raw B-roll and directed shots
- Ability to adapt visual style across multiple venue brands
Requirements:
- Experience shooting content specifically for short-form social media (not just traditional photography/videography)
- Own professional camera/gimbal equipment
- Strong understanding of what performs well on Instagram and TikTok
- Reliable and able to travel to venues across Sydney
- Fast turnaround on raw files (usually 24-48 hours preferred)
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Ability to take creative direction while also bringing your own ideas on-site
Volume of work:
This is not a one-off task. I manage multiple venues and shoot content weekly, so there's potential for ongoing, regular work for the right person.
