Your role
Reporting to the Senior Director - Site Head of Engineering & Maintenance and part of their leadership team this is a key role as the Head of Integrated Facility & Operations Services. This site based leadership role is accountable for the end‑to‑end performance of integrated operational and facility services supporting our complex manufacturing facilities.
You will lead operational services supporting manufacturing including compliance engineering, requalification, facility maintenance and Integrated Facility Maintenance (by outsourced partners), maintenance shutdown planning, MRO and planning, engineering data and drawing governance, and operational readiness associated with capital projects handover.
You will ensure safe, compliant, cost effective, and reliable operations through standardised ways of working, strong service provider governance, data driven decision making, and continuous improvement, in alignment with site and global Engineering & Maintenance strategies
Your responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership and oversight for all integrated facility, building maintenance, engineering stores and operations services supporting manufacturing at site.
- Translate global Engineering & Maintenance strategies into effective site execution models and performance outcomes
- Responsible for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services including facilities maintenance, cleaning, waste, pest control and associated contracts
- Lead and govern maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution support processes to ensure asset reliability and GMP compliance; ensuring effective management of engineering stores
- Accountable for the integrity, governance, and lifecycle management of engineering master data within CMMS, CAD services and related systems.
- Define and govern operational readiness requirements for capital projects, ensuring effective handover into operations.
You will have:
- Knowledge of Integrated Facility Management services, initiation, management, setting clear compliance and performance targets
- Proven experience in effective plant maintenance, shut down and data driven decision making
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operational services, service providers, and budgets
- Senior leadership experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
