About the role (Disability Support Worker / SIL Support Worker)
You will provide disability support in SIL and community settings, including:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access, appointments and social support
- Supporting independence and skill development
- Maintaining a safe, clean home environment
- Emotional support and positive behaviour encouragement

What we’re looking for (AIN / Support Worker requirements)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- AINs and experienced support workers strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 12 months experience in disability support (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
