Alpine Shire Council is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Plant Operator to join our small multi-disciplined Unsealed Roads team in Myrtleford.
Our ideal candidate should possess, excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to effectively use technology.
About the Role
The role requires a good understanding of heavy machinery maintenance and improvement activities, ensuring high standards of presentation and public satisfaction, and safely working as part of the roading environment.
Our plant operators play a key role in delivering high quality public infrastructure and civil construction outcomes from maintenance and repairs of unsealed roads including pothole patching and surface grading to operating with mobile plant and heavy machinery.
