The Role:
You'll own the ongoing management and performance of HOYTS' premium experiences portfolio - from menu development and service standards to promotions and operational execution. Working closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance and supplier partners, you'll develop and implement initiatives that lift the guest experience while driving revenue, profitability and business performance across our national circuit.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow the performance of LUX, HOYTS Xtra, Artie's and future premium concepts, partnering with Operations teams to ensure consistent execution across every location.
- Develop, review and optimise menus - from seasonal updates to pricing frameworks and bundled offers that support business growth.
- Build and maintain service standards, training resources and operational guidelines that keep every premium experience running like clockwork.
- Plan and deliver promotions and activations, working with Marketing to maximise awareness, participation and guest engagement.
- Champion food quality, presentation and food safety standards through regular reviews, audits and close collaboration with suppliers.
- Track sales, profitability and KPIs across premium concepts, feeding into budgeting, forecasting and commercial recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional projects that bring new premium initiatives and service enhancements to life, on time and on scope.
- Be the go-to support for cinema teams nationally - a trusted voice on premium experiences, menus and service standards.
- Keep everything compliant - food safety, liquor licensing, WH&S and company policy - while proactively managing risk.
- At times be present on the floor during peak trading periods - including evenings and weekends - working alongside front-line teams to see the guest experience first-hand and drive standards where it matters most.
What You'll Bring
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within cinema, hospitality, food & beverage or premium guest experience management.
- A genuine passion for food, service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative, can-do attitude focused on great outcomes.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, in line with peak trading periods across the cinema circuit.
- Intermediate skills across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A Business or Commerce degree with a Marketing major, working knowledge of Vista, and experience working towards KPIs are all highly regarded, though not essential.
