Team Leader/Supervisor Role
Do you possess the following attributes?
- Have a genuine enjoyment working with people
- Ability to lead and motivate the team to ensure that guest experience exceeds expectations
- Ability to manage busy periods with priority on problem solving and practicality
- Work independantly during quiet times to prepare the store for peak trading
- Experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a retail environment
- Flexibility to work around an afternoon/evening roster. Shifts are evenings and weekends and MUST BE ABLE TO START FROM 3PM.
- Must have a WWCC (Working With Children Check - Blue Card) or willing to obtain one before starting.
