About the Role
Love coffee? Obsessed with flavours? Always thinking about your next content idea?
We’re looking for someone who can blend great customer service with creative marketing to help bring Simply Syrups and Lucaffé to life online and with our customers. This role is a mix of people + creativity — one minute you’re helping a customer choose the perfect syrup, the next you’re creating scroll-stopping content or building a killer email campaign.
What You’ll Be Doing
Chatting with customers via email and phone — helping them with orders, product questions, and all things coffee & flavour
Managing and growing our social media across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
Creating fun, engaging content (think drinks, recipes, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle vibes)
Planning and sending email campaigns + newsletters using Klaviyo
Keeping our Shopify store running smoothly and up to date
Jumping in on promotions, launches, and new flavour drops
Turning everyday moments into content (yes, your iced coffee could be part of the job )
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service + digital marketing
Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify (this is a must)
Strong skills across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
A creative eye — you know what makes people stop scrolling
Great communication skills (friendly, helpful, and on-brand)
Someone organised who can juggle a few things at once
Bonus if you love coffee, café culture, or experimenting with flavours

MUST HAVES
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must have 2 years Marketing experience
Experience using Klaviyo and Shopify
Hours 9am - 2pm with a possibility to extend hours
