About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to operational teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep office operations running efficiently through proactive administration and coordination.
- Coordinate meetings and communications via Microsoft Office.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Support project teams by preparing reports, documentation and correspondence.
- Handle incoming enquiries and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure accurate filing, record management, and document control.
- You'll play an important role supporting a long-term commercial contract, ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
- Previous experience working on project deadlines.
- Horticultural industry background
- Experience supporting operational or project-based teams.
