At Santos, we do work that matters and always have. When you join us, so will you.
As a global energy company, we’re committed to providing reliable and affordable energy to help create a better world for everyone.

This position is offered initially on a 12 month fixed term basis.
You will be the primary facilitator of Santos' global flagship programs including global onboarding, Franklin Covey, Crucial Dimensions, change management, change leadership and manager excellence all delivered face-to-face and virtually to a global audience. You will draw on culture survey insights and talent assessments to shape and prioritise initiatives, and partner closely with People & Culture and business leaders to embed a consistent, commercially focused leadership development approach across our organisation.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
-
Facilitate all Santos global flagship programs across face-to-face and virtual formats for a global audience.
-
Lead the design, development and continuous improvement of the Santos Leadership Development Framework and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and insights from culture surveys, talent assessments and capability needs.
-
Own and evolve the Santos Management Excellence program, ensuring new leaders assimilate effectively and are equipped to drive performance outcomes.
-
Apply a facilitation and coaching approach to build individual and team capability and effectiveness across Santos at all levels.
-
Maintain an external focus on research, market dynamics and emerging practices to ensure internal programs remain contemporary and commercially relevant.
-
Own and implement the Santos Coaching and Mentoring Frameworks, ensuring alignment with talent frameworks, career pathways and employee engagement strategies.
-
Use psychometric and diagnostic tools to generate insights that shape leadership development priorities and program design.
-
Guide People & Culture team members and business leaders to embed the Leadership Development Framework and align broader leadership initiatives.
-
Collaborate with People & Culture/Shared Services to enable effective and consistent program delivery.
