A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced glazing and site co-ordinator to join our team in Geraldton, WA.
The role holder will be responsible for the coordination and technical supervision of on-site installation activities relating to commercial glazing, aluminium framing systems, curtain walling, windows, doors, and façade packages delivered by our business.
The role ensures that installation works are carried out in accordance with shop drawings, project specifications, and Australian Standards, whilst maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines. You will act as a key interface between site installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and Project Managers to support the successful delivery of façade and glazing projects.
Key Duties:
· Assisting in the planning and organisation of façade and glazing installation activities
· Interpreting construction drawings, shop drawings, and codes of practice
· Coordinating labour, materials, and installation sequencing on site
· Monitoring construction progress, installation quality, and productivity
· Inspecting glazing and façade works for compliance with specifications and standards
· Reporting on project progress and site performance to senior staff
Skills & Experience:
· Experience in commercial glazing, façade installation, aluminium systems, or construction projects
· Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentation
· Understanding of façade systems, glazing standards, and installation processes
· Knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to glazing and building construction
· Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills
You will report into the Production Manager and must have previous experience in this sector.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
