As a Casual Gaming Attendant at New Victoria Tavern, your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Adhering to all relevant liquor, gaming, and licensing laws and regulations
Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive guest experience
Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the venue
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current and valid NSW RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG (essential)
Strong customer service skills with a fun, friendly, and outgoing personality
Flexible availability across varying shifts
Previous gaming or hospitality experience (highly regarded, but training available for the right candidate)
A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
