We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, and highly motivated Full-Time Store Supervisor to run the day-to-day operations of our Croydon Hills location and maintain our premium standards. Start Date: Tuesday, 28th July 2026
Position: Full-Time Store Supervisor
Roster: Tuesday to Saturday (includes weekday closing shifts with 8pm finishes)
Location: Croydon Hills, VIC
Daily Operations & Presentation: Take full ownership of the store's day-to-day operations from Tuesday to Saturday, ensuring store presentation levels are consistently kept to the highest boutique standard.
Stock & Inventory Management: Take a hands-on approach to receiving deliveries, managing stock levels, and efficiently working and merchandising large volumes of daily floor stock (including cases and kegs).
Systems Management: Execute routine stock management processes, including inventory tracking and gap scanning utilizing our POS and purchasing systems.
Customer Engagement: Provide amazing customer service on the retail floor and at the POS, sharing your product knowledge and confidently running in-store tastings.
The Right Attitude & Passion: Above all, you are enthusiastic, reliable, and have a genuine desire to learn. If you have a passion for fine wine, craft beer, or unique spirits, we can train you up on the rest!

Tech-Ready & Eager to Learn: While experience with POS systems and inventory tasks (like gap scanning) is a bonus, you just need to be comfortable picking up new software and stock systems quickly.
Compliance: Valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus superannuation), depending on retail experience and product knowledge.
