About Us
The Skin Science Company is an Australian skincare ingredient supplier, wholesale distributor, and private label manufacturer based in Epping, Melbourne. We supply natural carrier oils, essential oils, butters, serums, and more to DIY skincare makers, indie beauty brands, and established manufacturers. We also develop and produce custom skincare products for brands launching their own lines.

About the Role
No two days look the same here. You will be across warehousing, production, order fulfilment, and private label operations. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well with their hands, and takes pride in doing things properly.
What you will be doing:
Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders. Filling bottles, jars, and tubes with skincare products. Labelling, stickering, and preparing finished goods. Assisting our cosmetic chemist and production team with private label and custom orders. Stock organisation, inventory counts, and warehouse upkeep. Quality control checks before orders leave the building. General admin support as needed. Social media content support if that is your thing (not essential but a bonus).
Requirements (non-negotiable):
Must have a car and valid driver's licence. Our Epping warehouse is not easily accessible by public transport. Must be available during weekdays (Monday to Friday). Must be reliable and consistent with rostered shifts. This is a small team and we depend on every person showing up.
What we are looking for:
Someone reliable who turns up on time, every time. A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Organised with genuine attention to detail. Quick to learn and comfortable taking initiative without being asked. Able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks like lifting and manual handling. Works well independently and as part of a small, close team.
Nice to have (but not essential):
Experience in warehouse, retail, skincare, beauty, manufacturing, or customer service. An interest in skincare, natural beauty, or DIY formulation. Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, or content creation. Experience with Shopify or ecommerce order fulfilment.

Pay: $30.00 – $32.31 per hour
