Bluebag is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the daily operations of the store
- Managing and motivating the team
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining food quality, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Opening and closing store procedures
- Managing stock levels and placing orders
- Rostering staff and overseeing attendance
- Working towards sales and operational goals
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality, café or retail management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude with a hands-on approach
