As an Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, you will provide expert Instrument and Circulating Nurse services while supporting leadership, mentoring staff, driving practice improvements and contributing to the effective management of the service. About you:
Specialising in Arthroplasty
Evidence of previous leadership/ acting level 2 positions
Minimum 3 years current demonstrated clinical scrub scout experience in arthroplasty and orthopaedics
Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses
Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the healthcare setting
