As a Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of civil construction and maintenance projects across one of Queensland's most significant and economically important regions.

Key responsibilities and capabilities:
- Lead and deliver road infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle, applying sound project management principles to achieve time, cost, quality and performance targets.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, resources, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve complex issues, while providing clear reporting, submissions and mitigation strategies to support decisionmaking.
- Apply strong technical expertise in civil infrastructure, particularly concrete and steel construction and rehabilitation, ensuring compliance with specifications and best practice.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships through clear, tailored communication, supporting positive outcomes for the organisation and the communities we serve.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions:
- A Washington Accord accredited four-year degree in Civil Engineering or equivalence recognised by Engineers Australia.
- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
- Valid Queensland 'C' class driver's licence or equivalent.
- TMR has a Drug and Alcohol Policy which applies to all Employees, Workers and Visitors to TMR workplaces. This may include random, post incident and reasonable suspicion testing during employment to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- A reasonable amount of travel consistent with industry standards may be required throughout the State, travel expenses are payable.
