To apply for this role the candidate will have to meet the following criteria:
- Experience working in hospitality
- Experience in a similar role as all-rounder
- Provides high-quality customer service
- Has exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Has a positive attitude
- Works well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
- Has great communication skills
- Bonus points for anyone with coffee training/experience
Typical duties will invole:
- Supplying, dispensing, or mixing liquor.
- Assisting in the storeroom.
- Undertaking general waiting duties for food and beverages, including cleaning and clearing tables.
- Receiving money and operating a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Attending a takeaway counter, or food delivery duties.
- Taking guest reservations, greeting guests, and seating or escorting them to tables.
