Must Have
Strong experience with Java (17–25) and Spring Boot, building scalable and reliable backend services
Solid experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Experience with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Experience with event-driven systems and messaging tools (Kafka preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with React / JavaScript / TypeScript
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices
Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana)
