We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join the opening team and help bring this exciting new concept to life.
About the Role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Tequila Bar, leading from the floor to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation and success of a premium cocktail and tequila bar.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing hospitality team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold premium service standards.
- Assist with rostering, labour management and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory, stock control and venue compliance requirements.
Drive a positive team culture while maintaining exceptional venue presentation.

About You
You are a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in premium bar environments and leads by example.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, with 1–2 years' leadership experience in a bar environment.
- Strong customer service focus with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
- Passion for premium beverages, cocktails and hospitality excellence.
To Be Successful, You'll Need
- A current Approved Manager's Licence or willingness to obtain one
- Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment
