We’re expanding our workshop team and are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join us.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EUROPEAN VEHICLES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical repairs and performance upgrades on European and high-performance vehicles (BMW, AMG, Audi, VW, McLaren, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Fit and test performance parts including intakes, exhausts, injectors, turbos, intercoolers, and suspension upgrades
- Prepare vehicles for ECU tuning and support the tuning team during R&D or calibration sessions
- Maintain clean, efficient, and safe workshop practices
- Liaise with the service advisor and workshop team for job updates and parts requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent)
- Experience with European vehicles or performance upgrades highly regarded
- Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Confident in using diagnostic tools and reading data logs (training provided if needed)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Tuning experience or interest in tuning is a plus

Pay: $70,243.62 – $110,000.00 per year
