Coco Cubano Pacific Fair is seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Cafe Manager (2IC) to support the Management team in a fast-paced, high-volume café.
We are a well-established venue with over 10 years of trade, known for quality coffee, all-day breakfast and lunch, and a strong, consistent team.
We are looking for a team player with excellent customer service and an upbeat positive energy to lead by example. Someone who loves hospitality and enjoys what they do!
Key Responsibilities
- Support management in leading and developing the team
- Maintain high standards across food, coffee, and customer service
- Assist with stock control, ordering and compliance
- Work to KPIs including labour, cost control, and performance
- Step up to run shifts and manage the venue when required
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy café
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong coffee knowledge and service standards
- Confident working across front of house and kitchen when needed
- Reliable, organised, and able to take initiative
- Great customer service and respectful coworker
- Available weekends
- Full Australian working rights
