Details: Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting the delivery of essential public infrastructure services? Roads ACT, within the City and Environment Directorate (CED), is seeking a motivated Administration Support Officer to join the Road and Path Maintenance team in Fyshwick.
This is a key support role within a dynamic team responsible for maintaining Canberra's road and path network. You will contribute to contract administration, procurement activities, financial management, customer service, and business support functions that support the effective delivery of road and path maintenance services across the ACT.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will assist with contract management, procurement processes, budget monitoring, invoice reconciliation, work order tracking, and responding to customer enquiries. Your work will directly support the delivery and maintenance of infrastructure that thousands of Canberrans rely on every day.
We are seeking a proactive and organised team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in administration, finance, procurement, contract management, or customer service will be highly regarded, as will knowledge of ACT Government procurement processes.

Knowledge and understanding of ACT Government procurement processes (highly desirable).

Driver’s licence (C Class) is essential.
