About the role You will provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants in their homes and the community. Your responsibilities may include: - Personal care and assistance with daily living activities. - Community access, social participation, and transport. - Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals. - Medication assistance (where appropriately trained). - Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation. - Building respectful, professional relationships with participants and their families. Current opportunity We are currently seeking a support worker for a female participant in her early 30s with Level 2 autism. She values consistency, routine, and calm, respectful support. There is no gender preference for the support worker. Additional opportunities with other participants will become available as our organisation continues to grow. Essential requirements - NDIS Worker Screening Check. - Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. - Current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle. - Right to work in Australia. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A genuine commitment to person-centred support. Desirable - Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related field. - Experience supporting people with autism, psychosocial disability, or complex support needs.
