Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Part Time Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. At Pillow Talk, we are all about helping people feel at home. That starts with creating safe, healthy and supportive workplaces for our team. Working closely with our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner, you'll support leaders and team across our stores, support office and warehouse to bring safety and wellbeing to life every day.
A bit about you...
- Experience in a Health & Safety, Wellbeing or Injury Management role
- A relevant WHS qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and risk management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A practical, people-first approach and strong attention to detail
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to Pillow Talk locations when required
What you'll be doing...
- Providing practical health, safety and wellbeing support across the business
- Assisting with risk assessments, workplace inspections and incident investigations
- Supporting injury management and return-to work activities
- Maintaining HSW systems, records and compliance documentation
- Coordinating safety training, communications and awareness initiatives
- Visiting sites to build relationships, identify opportunities and support a positive safety culture
- Contributing to HSW projects and continuous improvement initiatives
