What you'll be doing
As the After Hours Ward Clerk, you will provide essential frontline administrative support to inpatient services, ensuring smooth ward operations during evenings and nights.
Deliver high-quality customer service across phone, email & in-person
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative systems
Support clinicians to enable safe, efficient patient care
Manage competing priorities in a busy after-hours setting
Work independently while building effective staff relationships
