Child and Family Health Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 positions available within the dynamic, innovative NSLHD Child & Family Health Service. A Registered Nurse (RN) with Child and Family Health qualifications will find rewards and challenge in a position which extends their role and provides a continuum of care in the support of families. The role involves working autonomously undertaking home visiting, providing child health checks, and advance clinical practice.

What you'll be doing
The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS works as part of the Extended Child and Family Heath Support Service (ECFHSS) within the community-health based, multidisciplinary Child and Family Health Service. The ECFHS is an early intervention service supporting parents/primary carers, with children aged 0-to commencing school, who are experiencing health and/or psychosocial challenges, which are impacting their own wellbeing and/or their capacity to parent and care for their child.
