We are seeking a motivated, reliable and experienced Duty Manager to join our fast‑paced team at San Churro Kotara. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards during busy periods while still being productive during quieter times.

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year barista experience (coffee machine operation essential)
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Experience opening a café for service (including preparation, setup, and early‑shift responsibilities)
- Not suitable for school‑aged applicants
- Weekend availability is essential
- Ability to work late shifts, potentially until 11pm
- Immediate start preferred
