As our Workshop Foreman, you’ll be the driving force behind a busy, dynamic environment - keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. This role is 80% hands-on tools and 20% administration, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves guiding others to success.
What You’ll Be Doing

Provide mechanical support and mentorship to a skilled team of qualified and apprentice technicians
- Coordinate and monitor services and repairs to ensure efficiency and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and revenue
- Carry out service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery
- Diagnose and interpret machine faults with precision using diagnostic tools
- Review and finalise job cards for accurate documentation
Who We’re Looking For

Trade Qualified - Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
- Proven Leadership - Confident in coaching, motivating, and empowering a team
- Experienced - Minimum 5 years in service roles with strong technical expertise
- Resilient & Organised - Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Customer Focused - Excellent communication and commitment to exceeding expectations
