About the Role
In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to coordinating and developing competitive tender submissions that shape communities, subdivisions, and urban spaces across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage and coordinate tender schedules, documentation structures, and final submissions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Content & Formatting: Support content development, graphic layout, formatting, and strict compliance checks against client requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with internal design, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to extract technical details.
- Information Management: Maintain comprehensive bid documentation, control versions, and manage the pre-contracts database.
- Bid Writing Support: Provide high-quality written input to submissions where required.
About You
- Industry Experience: A proven track record coordinating bids within the civil construction, infrastructure, land development, or related sectors (essential).
- Hands-On Capability: A balanced skill set spanning bid coordination, tracking, content formatting, and basic tender writing.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-driven approach to team collaboration.
- Organisational Excellence: Elite time management skills with the ability to handle multiple strict bid deadlines simultaneously.
- Systems Literate: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and document layout tools (experience with Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign is highly regarded).
