South Seoul is bringing bold Korean eats with a modern twist to Mount Barker, and we are looking for energetic Team Members to join us.
We are all about punchy, flavour-packed rice bowls, crispy, juicy fried chicken and damn good food that does not take itself too seriously.
Born from Seoul’s buzzing street-food scene, we have taken some of the best Korean flavours and made them fast, fresh and fun. Now, we need a great crew to help us serve them up.
Whether you are welcoming Guests, preparing flavour-packed food or helping your crew power through a busy service, you will play a big part in bringing the South Seoul experience to life.
No hospitality experience? No worries. Bring the right attitude and we will teach you the rest.
WHAT YOU’LL BE SERVING UP
As a South Seoul Team Member, you will work across customer service, food preparation and restaurant operations. You will:
- Welcome Guests and provide fast, friendly service
- Take Guests orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve menu items to South Seoul’s quality and presentation standards
- Prepare online and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep the kitchen, service areas and restaurant clean, safe and organised
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Restock ingredients and supplies to keep service moving
- Work with your crew to deliver fast, efficient service during busy periods
- Jump in, help out and support your Seoul Mates wherever needed
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation or customer service is great, but it is not essential. Your attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
We are looking for people who are:
- Friendly, positive and ready to create a great Guest experience
- Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and ready to be part of a team
- Keen to learn new skills and take on feedback
- Proud of delivering quality food and getting the details right
- Comfortable working across customer service, food preparation and cleaning
- Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
